Gifts for new users
1. Who qualifies as a new user?
A new user is someone who has recently registered on our platform and hasn't yet completed a successful paid order.
Gifts designated for new users are exclusively available to those who are new to the platform. Even users who have taken part in activities like Slash or One-cent Snatch are eligible for these new user gifts.
2. What do new user gifts entail?
New user gifts encompass Free Gifts, Coupon Packages, and the $1 Group Buy (only available on the app).

A. Free Gift
a. Upon placing their initial successful paid order (excluding Slash, One-cent Snatch, and prizes), new users can select a free gift.
b. Each new user is entitled to one free gift; all accounts accessed or created on the same device will be considered as one user.
c. New users who choose a free gift must finalize their order payment within 7 days, or the free gift offer will expire.
d. If the order containing the free gift is canceled, the free gift will also be revoked.
e. The order containing the gift must include items worth at least US$1; otherwise, the gift will be canceled.
f. Shipping fees for the free gift are covered by the new user.
B. Coupon Package
a. Within 7 days of registration, new users receive a coupon package consisting of three coupons, exclusive to registered users.
b. Each new user can claim the Coupon Package only once.
c. Only one coupon can be used per order.
